The Kingman Turquoise Mine, located in Arizona's Cerbat Mountains and operated by the Colbaugh family, it one of the oldest, largest, and most significant. It is one of the last remaining commercial producers of American turquoise. Famous for its vibrant, high-blue, black-matrix nuggets, the mine produces a wide variety of colors and is a major source for the southwestern jewelry industry.
