Shipping Policy

Normally orders are shipped within 1-2 days from the date you placed your order.  Your credit card will not be charged until just prior to shipping out your package.

Domestic Shipping Methods: (Continental U.S.)

Orders are automatically shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation so that they can be tracked at www.USPS.com.   If you would like to request a Signature Confirmation instead, please do so in the COMMENTS box upon checkout when placing your order.  NOTE that packages shipped with the Signature Confirmation will not be delivered unless signed by the person in the Ship To address.  We do not ship by UPS, Federal Express or any other carrier at this time.

ABOUT PACKAGE DELIVERY

Please monitor your shipment using the tracking information provided. Customers who purchase Route Package Protection should submit claims for eligible lost, stolen, or transit-damaged packages directly through Route.

Customers who decline Package Protection assume responsibility for packages once they have been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, and their local post office before initiating any carrier investigation.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

We offer optional Package Protection through Route at checkout. Customers who purchase Package Protection are covered for eligible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Claims for packages covered by Route must be submitted directly through Route and are subject to Route's terms, conditions, and claim approval process.

Customers who decline Package Protection assume responsibility for packages once they have been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier. Stones N Silver is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or damaged during transit when Package Protection has not been purchased.

About International Shipping:

The only shipping option for International orders is by US Postal Service First Class OR Priority International Shipping depending upon the size of the order and the shipping destination.   If your order is excessively large or has heavy beads (that weight 1 pound or more), then you can expect up to be charged an additional amount depending upon the actual cost.  Insurance & tracking is NOT available on International orders - shipping is at buyers risk. You are responsible for paying for any Customs duties or postal fees levied by your postal service or your country's government. Packages shipped this method usually take a few weeks to arrive, however sometimes your countries customs may hold packages for reasons out of our control.   Please contact your countries customs department directly to verify delivery times from USA prior to ordering.
We DO NOT SHIP to these countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Benin, Nigeria, Pakistan, Egypt, Yugoslavia and possibly more.
