The Elisa Turquoise Mine is located at, Campitos Mountain, just outside of Cananea in Sonora, Mexico, , approximately 35 miles south of the Arizona border. Unlike the bright sky-blue typical of many Mexican and Arizona deposits, Elisa turquoise features distinctive teal, green, and blue-green hues with warm greenish tones reminiscent of historical Fox and Royston mine stones. It frequently showcases unique black and green spiderweb or earthy matrix patterns.
