RARE Maw Sit Sit 18x25mm Marquise Calibrated Cabochon Stone

Maw Sit Sit comes from Burma and it is not a jade. Instead, it is a metamorphic rock composed mainly of kosmochlor, clinochlore, chromian jadeite, and albite, with small amounts of eckermannite, chromite and other minerals. The bright chrome green color of maw sit sit is caused by its very high chromium content. Maw sit sit is a little-known gem material and is not easily found.
