Prehistoric Walrus Ivory is 500 - 1000 years old and comes from remote villages of St. Lawrence Island. A true RARE "fossil ivory", its color is derived from centuries buried in frozen tundra, finally being dug up in the warm summer by the coastal Eskimos.
