How to Order
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH OUR WEB SITE SHOPPING CART SYSTEM in order that all our record keeping and inventory adjustments are completed properly! IF you are uncomfortable using the shopping cart, you can telephone in an order at 1-877-865-3009 (M-S, 8-5pm Central) and we will place your order for you using the shopping cart.
Using the online shopping cart system to make your purchases is easy. Simply browse through the site and add items into your shopping cart. When you are finished click the CHECK OUT button on the "Shopping Cart" page. During the check out process you will be given the option to choose your payment method.
NOTE: please read our FAQ page prior to ordering for important information about Back Orders and Out of Stock items.
Payment Methods
You will have two payment choices upon checking out of the shopping cart:
CREDIT CARDS: We accept VISA & MasterCard. (NO Amex or Discover)
Your credit card purchase is placed using 128 Bit Secure Server (SSL) technology where your credit card numbers are encrypted. NOTE that your credit card information is captured & authorized in "real time" (immediately) through our merchant banks secure web server, but that transaction will not be charged until just prior to shipping out your order.
MAILING IN PAYMENT: You may pay by check or money order. If you pay by check, and we do not ship your order until your check has cleared (approx. 10 business days).
