Angelite

This stone known as Anhydrite is fairly hard to find cut into beads . . that is because the color of the mineral is normally white, gray or colorless, SO these beads nice periwinkle blue beads are a really great find!   Lilac blue Anhydrate is sometimes called Angelite, for it's "Angelic" color.   Most commonly found in Peru, it can also come from Mexico, Germany and New Mexico.

WOW - Mix it up . . . try mixing this stone with moonstone, blue lace agate, labradorite or even natural coral (you'd be surprised how good they look together).
